What the Platform Provides
The AbbottModelDLOM Analytical Platform combines quarter-specific public-company data, identified reference cohorts, financial and operating comparisons, liquidity evidence, volatility measurement, option-model analysis, and structured professional judgment within one auditable workflow.
Authorized users can:
- Select the applicable public market and valuation quarter
- Enter subject-company classification and size information
- Form an identified public-company reference cohort
- Review the companies included in the selected cohort
- Compare subject-company performance with peer medians and quartiles
- Evaluate trading liquidity and estimated block-liquidation periods
- Review quarter-specific volatility evidence
- Develop Margrabe and Asian Average DLOM indications
- Evaluate information asymmetry and the potential value of due diligence
- Organize Mandelbaum-factor evidence
- Review the inputs, assumptions, calculations, and outputs supporting the analysis
The same identified cohort is used throughout the analytical workflow. This preserves internal consistency and provides a traceable relationship among the selected inputs, market evidence, calculations, and model results.
